Job Description:

You will have client-side experience of managing digital agencies to formulate and execute the paid search marketing strategy for Enterprise International. Specifically, you will generate a significant volume of transactions through 19 international websites at an acceptable ROI. You will drive profitable growth for the Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental brands by targeting European consumers travelling to and renting a car in North America. Successful candidates will have excellent knowledge of customer acquisition and conversion techniques. This position is heavily direct-response and ROI focussed and all activity instigated should support this strategy.

Key responsibilities:

? Ensure that performance of paid search and other CPC campaigns is maximised to drive a high volume of transactions through the full portfolio of international websites
? Formulation and management of paid search expense budgets and revenue plans
? Regular reporting of performance to senior management
? Review of agency commercials to extract maximum value
? Work closely with other members of the marketing team and wider Company to achieve objectives
? Understand the dynamics of individual source market countries, together with analysis of key competitors in the paid search arena
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice paid search methodologies to drive innovation
? Ad hoc special projects and other tasks deemed appropriate by manager

Dimensions:

? Office-based in Brighton
? Reporting to the Online Marketing Director, EMEA
? Daily liaison with the sales and commercial teams in the UK and Germany
? Frequent communication with various digital agencies based in London and Sweden
? Frequent dialogue with colleagues in the USA including revenue management, IT and e-commerce

Skills Range:

? Experience of managing paid search marketing campaigns with proven success
? Sound knowledge of other online customer acquisition techniques, preferably within the travel industry
? Excellent analytical and forecasting ability. Used to managing and reporting to strict ROI targets
? Commercially astute with solid budget management experience
? Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills and initiative
? Excellent MS Office skills are a necessity. Working knowledge of paid search technologies (AdWords) and bid management platforms (IgnitionOne) are preferred
? Relevant degree or professional marketing qualification preferred (IDM/CIM)
