Gunmen poison dogs, invade home and ties up families

The business community of Bog Walk, St Catherine, is still in shock following a multi-million dollar robbery last week of three chinese business persons.
THE STAR was informed that sometime after 8 p.m., on Friday, a group of gunmen poisoned two rottwielers before gaining entry to the home of the alleged victims.
A female relative who was at home when the gunmen struck was reportedly tied up, while the hoodlums waited on the arrival of the business persons.
After waiting on the victims, they were reportedly robbed of 2500 phone cards, laptops, over US$100,000 ($10,215,430) an additional $860,000, and other valuables.
"Yes right now di place still tense, as the thief dem nah play wid nobaddy,dem really wicked," a business person told THE STAR.
The gunmen then escaped on foot.
It has been revealed that robberies in the Bog Walk area are becoming more frequent.
The Bog Walk police are conducting an investigation in the matter.
